Sabien’s profits up 63 per cent in half year results

Carbon reduction technology company Sabien Technology has announced its interim results for the six month period to 31st December 2011.

The results show a 63 per cent increase in pre-tax profits and sales up by 32 per cent.

New orders of over £1.5m have already been received in the first six months of the current financial year, £354,000 since 1st January 2012.

Sales from indirect partners such as facilities management and ME companies have also increased by 21% compared to the same period last year.

Sabien CEO Alan O’Brien, said: “The increasing demand for our M2G boiler load optimisers reinforces the significant role it plays in reducing organisations’ energy consumption and carbon emissions.”

“Our strength lies in our technical and operational ‘know how’ and expertise in delivering multi-site nationwide project management of M2G installations, where realisation of savings benefits is vital to success.”

Sabien’s business comes from both the public and private sectors; clients include BT, Lincolnshire County Council, DECC, CLG, Aviva, Vodafone and Defra. Indirect partners include, G4S, Vinci FM, Norland Managed Services and SSE Contracting.
